Buckingham Holdings 2010 Inc. has been a proud ongoing member and supporter of the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade. We continue to support their endeavours to promote local business in and around the Corner Brook area.
Purpose
The purpose of the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade (Corner Brook-Bay of Islands-Steady Brook) is to promote business growth locally and globally throughout the business lifecycle of our members.
Mission Statement
“To help our business members do better business for the economic and social well being of the greater Corner Brook area“.
This statement shall be the focus of all Board initiatives and policies.
Mandate
Using our members` resources and those created through alliances, we will achieve our mission by:
- Helping our businesses move through all stages of the business lifecycle with support such as information, training, networking, mentoring, and business promotion of opportunities.
- Negotiating alliances to provide products and services to the City`s Business Resource Centre and other Corporations with the goal of business growth through our members.
- Being the unified voice of members to government policymakers about policy, to government agencies and Corporations about programs and to the business community about opportunities for business promotion, development, and growth.
- Provide leadership on economic development issues that impact our members` ability to do better business, our community health, and our vision of success for the future.
